I don’t think they ever sent an email order confirmation. I really doubted anyone has. Fortunately I printed out a pdf copy of order confirmation after I placed the order. Let’s see how it ends up and will update.

Bonton does this a lot. I stopped trying with the $50 off $100 coupons because I got this error so often.

well, now my cart still shows the anr for $49 but now they are charging me $31 for the bonus gift which brings it back up to the original price

when i put a second bottle of the 1.75 anr in my cart it came up at the normal price, yet the first stayed the lower price. still not going through
I think they fixed it now. Everything is going back to normal, including the price!
I called BonTon. The payment system is down, and they do not accept third party coupons (which is what the 15% coupon is). They can process payment over the phone, but we would not get the 15% off. It is now 4:46 EST, and I was told that the online payment processing has been down for 2 hours. If anyone wants the deal without the 15% off, you can call to place the order.
They are uncertain as to why the 15% off Brad’s deal coupon is working.

holy cow! what a discount… is it a glitch? HOW did you find this serum so discounted?! i tried ordering with two different cards, didn’t go through… im going to try calling customer service to see if they can push it through.
I caller customer service. She said there is a glitch in the system and this is not the price she sees on her monitor. She said she received multiple calls for this order and even tried to purchase it herself at $26.27 – but ALAS, the system would not let her push it through for anyone… too bad..
