Update on 10/12: I saw this in my email today. Saks changed the threshold of getting the Shiseido free gift bag from any 2 skincare products to $75 purchase. My order status is processed but it hasn’t been shipped. I guess it might get canceled.

I placed the order on Oct 10, and received a confirmation email, but I just received an email saying they will ship me the two cottons, but canceled the gift. Did anyone receive their gift with just the purchase of two cottons?
Is it too late to cancel the order for the cotton pads, it’s quicker to call them to cancel. If it’s shipped by shoprunner, it’s free return. Sorry for all the trouble.?

My whole order was cancelled! I ordered shortly after you posted (2 packs of cotton and the gift.) My cancellation e-mail says products were out of stock, but clearly they are not. Not sure what to think.

At least your whole order was canceled. They’re shipping me the cottons and canceling my gift, so I paid $20 for cottons :/
Not really that lucky. After they cancelled that order, I ordered again and just got the email only cancelling the gift. I replied and said to cancel the whole order, but it will probably be too late. They should have given the option to cancel the whole order since this is an error on their end. (And I own a nail polish company so I know how it should work!)

Great deal! Couldn’t decide on the free gift as they all look pretty nice but in the end I picked White Lucent as I’ve been curious about that line and actually haven’t tried anything in that bundle. Perfect timing as I just opened my last pack of Shiseido cotton pads a couple of days ago!
