Update: My Muji cases purchase
Update: I received my refund today!
Muji refunded me the damaged case $10 + $4 handling fee + $2 shipping = $16.
And, no need to return the damaged case! So, don’t let my cracked case scare you from buying from them!
When my last time bought the 2 Muji two drawers cases, I told myself when the 5 drawers available for $10 I am going to get them!
Now it’s happening, I received my 2 Muji 5 drawers cases yesterday and I am using them now! The $10 Muji case sale is still on!
I paid 2x$10 + 2x$4 fragile handling fee + $7.95 shipping = $35.95 => $18 per case. This price is close to those makeup organizers at Amazon, but Muji is much better quality!
I stack the 2 drawers on top of the 5 drawers, it’s perfect! The 5 drawer is slightly wider than the 2 drawers. Here is a post about my 2 drawers cases.
BUT, one 5 drawers case bottom is cracked! They were wrapped really well in those bubble wraps. I guess it happened during transportation. Anyway, I emailed Muji this morning and got a response pretty quick. They will refund the damaged case + partial shipping and handling fee. Good customer service! I will shop there again.
