First, let me complain – the KEVYN AUCOIN The Precision Brow Pencil insert fell out of the case once I took it out of the box! You have to keep the tip up to make the lead insert in place. Such a design flaw! I contacted beauty.com then got a replacement. Same issue! I returned both.

It lost it’s portability and would break into bits if I leave it in my purse! I didn’t expect a defect like this from a $26 brow pencil and from Kevyn Aucoin!
