I bought the elf and Eco Tools brushes a month and half ago from Target online store. I am very happy with the purchase! Here and here are my previous posts about these deals.

I paid $4.25 + tax for this e.l.f. Kabuki Face Brush. Current price is $5.59 at Target. e.l.f. is selling it for $6.
This brush is big, chubby and very soft. It is great for finishing powder! I started to use it right after I received it, and almost daily, no shedding so far.
I paid $2.6 + tax for this Eco Tools Buffing Brush after the 25% + 10% off discount. It was also on sale for $4.07. The current price is $5.08.
I absolutely love this brush! I was little bit disappointed when I got it since it feels a bit small to me. But it does great job on applying the liquid foundation. Very soft and smooth. It’s also good with blending the blush. With how much I paid for and its performance, I am very happy with it!
Both brushes are not made by some fancy materials, but they are soft and get the work done right. And very important, the prices are good!
