2nd update:

Based on Bek’s comment, I’d not recommend you follow my steps to place the order for the eyeshadow bundle:

I spoke with CS and they confirmed that the deal was sold out early in the morning and they would not be restocking. I had an order go through at 2p ET but was told it would likely be cancelled (within 48hrs) and they were aware of the site issues. On the upside – I was told they are going to be having new specials through cyber Monday!

Update: If you add the $10 eyeshadow bundle to the cart and it tells you it’s not available, pls follow these steps. I think the site is glitchy, I experienced same error message this morning but I was able to check out.

  1. add anything except the $10 eyeshadow bundle to the cart
  2. check out to the shipping page, leave it open and don’t go to the next
  3. open $10 eyeshadow bundle page on a new browser tab
  4. add it to the cart
  5. OPTIONAL: go to the cart page, remove the item you don’t want
  6. now back to the shipping page tab
  7. enter your shipping info and hit ‘next’ to the payment page
  8. enter your payment info
  9. ‘next’ to the ‘complete order’ page, you’ll see your $10 eyeshadow bundle there at the bottom of the page. You are also able to enter your promo code CYBER there.
  10. then hit ‘complete order’

Hope it helps!

I am not too sure if it’s really out of stock or just the site has the issue with this specific item. If you really want this eyeshadow kit, just give it try! There are chances the order could be canceled.
