My Saks purchase – Cancelled order + free samples
About a month ago, I placed an order for Lancome Bi-Facil at Saks online store. After I stacked some promo codes, there was 30% off discount in my cart which is very rare! This is my previous post about this deal.
But it’s a system error! My order didn’t go through. I waited more than a week but no shipping email, then I did a quick online chat with the CS. She/he told me that they would honor the discount but she/he couldn’t do it at that moment since there was a system error, again…Well, I told them as long as the charge didn’t change, I’d love to get it.
Later the same day, I received an order confirmation. I was charged original full price, no discount! This time, I called customer service. The order was already RUSH shipped(no charge to me) so I couldn’t cancel it.
