Update: I’ve heard a couple times that you don’t need the emailed promo code to get the free gift set! The L’Occitane SA will be glad to give you the free gifts without an email, but they do need your name, email and address. Anyhow, I can’t guarantee every store will be the same.

Update 2: I just called Saks customer service. I was told that they are not going to change/increase the charges! So I got my 30% off + some free gifts! I keep my fingers crossed!

Update: I just placed an order, I got like 30% off at check out. However there is a pink note on the top of the final THANKS YOU order confirmation page, it says

My Bobbi Brown Gift With Purchase

I made this purchase about 2 months ago at Nordstrom online store. Here is my previous post about this deal.

My free gift the eye cream – when I opened the box and saw this 0.1 oz sample size Bobbi Brown eye cream, my reaction was ‘What!? Is this a joke? Shouldn’t it be a 0.5 oz full size instead?’ I was very disappointed!

My free gifts the 3 samples w/any purchase – one is missing(La Mer ‘The Moisturizing Soft Cream’ Sample) and I didn’t order the Bobbi Brown bb cream. At least, I got the Dior lip color which I care the most.

Then, I did an online chat with the Nordstrom customer service, which is quick and smooth. I am glad I did it!

What they did: since the full size 0.5 oz eye cream free gift is out of stock, they sent me FOUR 0.1 oz Bobbi Brown eye cream + 2 more free samples of my choice without any charge!

Nordstrom Customer Service is excellent!
