A little talk on this Ulta eyebrow pencil: I like it! I will get it again if there is b1g1 free or b2g2 free Ulta brand purchase whenever I need it. It gets work done well just as good as some fancy brand name pencil that is 3 times more expensive. I don’t care about the wax end that much, but the little brush comes handy.
