Did you order from them before? I placed an order last Wednesday and I didn’t receive an order confirmation. They charged my credit card. I tried to call their customer support and left messages but no one is getting back to me. I searched the net and found similar complains. Now I’m contemplating to dispute the charge. My order was $350 for the ZIIP device. Let me know what do you think. Thanks.
Yes, I ordered from them before. My last order was in March. I got the order confirmation and it’s shipped the next day.
Is this order in your order history at b-glowing? If it is, try to call/email them again. If it’s not in your order history, dispute the charge. Call them on Monday if you have the free beauty bag in your order, I know it’s sold out.
