It’s weird, did you use the link on my site? It’s https://us.burberry.com/my-burberry/. The website is US Burberry site.
I requested the sample and it is for the US. It also required my US cell phone number for authentication.
Same for me as Poly above; it’s defaulting to UK, with no option to change the country. And yup, using your link. It starts at us.burberry, but then redirects me to a totally different site to enter the address, where US doesn’t seem to be an available choice. So odd.
update: it worked fine on my desktop; mobile was where I had a problem. Thank you!
