My sister and I both placed our separate orders(we both bought a $10 item) an hour after I received the Gift With Purchase glitch email. Both of our orders were successful! I got the free 14 piece gift, Clinique freebies, and 3 samples.
I tried placing another order 30 minutes ago, and the bag was no longer available, even when I tested it out with $100 worth of natural beauty items in my cart just to see if it would appear in my shopping bag.
Hi K – The gift was in my cart, but not in the email confirmation. I can only assume they corrected the glitch after I placed the order. Oh well, nbd.

Same thing happened to me.
Have you tried to place the order? The order confirmation email did not include the free gift, and customer service said it was too late to cancel. Oh well, fortunately, my order was only $12.
I didn’t place the order because I have boxes of samples!
You can return it if the 14 pcs gift is not in the box. It’s their fault because the free gwp was in the online cart. I think there is no time limit for returns.
