It looks like the Laura Mercier stick is back on the gwp page again! I can’t test it since I already claimed it.
I tried every way and it didn’t work. Until, I signed in to my Saks account.

Did you try doing this, I was able to place the order by doing that, the browser I used was firefox:

Sorry you had trouble too! That’s unfortunate and bad for business. I was not able to get through the checkout on my pc but was able to complete my purchase on their website from my iPhone. No issues at all and I received an email confirming my purchase.
I couldn’t get the samples to load on desktop Firefox, desktop Safari, or the Saks app itself. I gave up. Their checkout is super buggy!
It happened to me yesterday also and I was frustrated too. Here is how I did it:

I couldn’t place an order on my pc as Saks kept saying there was an error and technical issues etc. I tried to add the samples both on my “bag” page and on the “review and submit” page and I kept getting the same message:-/ I was finally able to place an order on my phone!
