I called CS to ask for missing points and CS couldn’t help because term and conditions say you don’t earn on orders when you redeem . So I decided not to ever risk it again . Yep, my order is shipped and I earned 1474 on this one. I used 2000 points. In my points history, they only minus 526 for this order instead of 2000 points.
nice , I guess its because you spent $36! Its making sense now. I spent $4 last time and redeemed $125 certificate, but out of pocket it was only $4, thats why I earned so little. So I guess you only earn points on what you pay out of pocket. I think in sephora you can redeem and earn points simultaneously.

If there is no 5x/10x points offer, I think we don’t earn the points. I could’ve gotten 1881 without using the points, but now I got 1474 points, I think they take off the base points? My brain gets foggy now.?
FYI, it looks like the big gift bag is now out! I was contemplating a second purchase of just the curling iron and happened to notice.
