My Diamond Free 5 pcs Lancome code is not working. After I applied the code, it says the code is already used. So I called customer service and was told that Ulta would send us a new one.
I applied the code, said applied but don’t see any item added to cart. Does that mean it works or not? Usually they will show up in the cart…
You need to manually add the Lancome gifts to the cart, once the threshold is met, apply the code, the lancome gifts will turn free.
