I received my Lord and Taylor order today for the Shiseido cotton pads and the free gift bag. My order was placed on 10/9. I also used shoprunner. If you placed your order early and hasn’t received cancellation email, there is a good chance that you are going to get it.

I know some of the readers’ orders were canceled or even worse the cotton pads shipped without free gift bag. It is really a waste of time and effort for you. I feel so sorry about that!
