My Sephora purchase ->

I made this Sephora purchase on 7/8 with Flash 2-day shipping,
after more than 2 days I still didn’t receive the shipment email and became impatient,
on 7/12, Sephora sent me an email to credit $10 to my account because of the delay, I didn’t complain before that
on 7/13, my package was finally shipped.
The liquid soap leaked, I complained, then Sephora shipped me a new kit + a free sample
I am happy with Sephora!?

Fortunately, the philosophy hand care duo got a box or it could be much messier. About one-quarter of the liquid was leaked out, the lid was way too loose.
