The $40 mystery gift worked for me. I used a gift card to pay for my order, so I don’t think you need an Ulta credit card for it.

When I add the exact items shown in the picture I am still being charged for the $40. Anybody have any idea why? The coupon does not work either. Coupon terms says it works on regular priced items.
Did you add the Clinique freebie? The $5 off $15 coupon only works on Ulta cosmetics and brushes.
Yep, I have my cart just like the cart you have pictured. Are you using your person computer? I am trying from my phone. What browser are you using? Maybe that makes a difference. Thanks for your help!
I placed my order with Chrome browser. I just found out that they increased the threshold to $35. Try adding at least $5 or more to your cart to see if it works.
