    I had exactly same issue and I am a platinum member. I contacted Ulta on FB and asked to send me the 10 x offer. At first they rejected me, but after some “bargaining” they gave up. The points were adjusted manually after I placed an order. Hope this helps and you will get your points!

      My order is shipped, I did earn 9.3 pts/dollar on this order. It’s probably a combo of 250 pts w/$60 purchase + 10x pts top rated + redeeming points… I’ll definitely pay more attention to the points being earned at the last step of the checkout in the future while I redeem my points.

    I’m a platinum member, but it won’t let me earn 10X points for the “top rated items”. It won’t even let me earn 5X points either. For example, I tried to buy a $10 item from the “top rated items”. Since I’m a platinum member, I should earn 100 points from this one purchase, however, when I go to check out, it show I will only earn 10 points. That’s not 5X or 10X…. its just the regular amount. Any idea why this is happening?
