Kathy, thank you so much for the reply. Ulta does have a complicated system. I guess what I was trying to ask is whether this promotion is targeted or it is available for everyone? Also do they apply the Diamond status to the account for spending $1200 in 2017 or it still needs to be reached in 2018?
I am pretty sure it’s for everyone who spends over $1200 a year! But I am not too sure if your 2017 spending will get you Diamond status in 2018 or not. I’d suggest you give Ulta CS a call!
Hi Kathy, I have a question regarding the Diamond status. I did receive a promo email before Christmas, but I have never received the second one, confirming the new Diamond status. I called customer service and they told me it is not out yet, did they lie? I did spend the qualifying amount last year. Not sure how it works, thanks for your help!
I think the Diamon member program(http://www.ulta.com/diamond/index.html) is out officially but their system just can’t catch up and is still not ready yet, that’s why you can’t use it right now. They have a complicated system to send out email promos to specific members based on our membership status, how much we spend, what we bought before, where we live…
I believe their IT team is working very hard on this. I guess it shouldn’t take very long.
